PAPPEP is a non-profit organization with the objective to help young children through education. We believe educating a child is the best survival skill that we can provide to address the inescapable realities of life.

Who Are We?
PAPPEP is a non-profit organization registered in the state of Georgia in the United States of America. Our goal is to help children in need to achieve their full potential by providing the necessary skills to become educated members of society ready to replace the current generation. We are an educational and charitable organization with a core value: respect for all. We have a big goal, but with the help of our partners everything is possible. Our philosophy is: “Laying the foundation for a better life.“
Kensey Ceus, Chairman
Kensey was born in Desdunes, Haiti. Circa the middle of his adolescence, he migrated to the United States, where he eventually studied mathematics, computer science, and nursing at the following institutions: Rutgers State University in New Jersey, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Jersey City State of University, and Kennesaw State University in Georgia. Now, he is married, along with three kids. My interests, in no particular order, are in numbers, healthcare and human behavior, and contributing to a better community.
Jean F. Louis, Vice Chairman
Jean F. Louis is from Anse d’Hainault, Haiti. Fautyl received a bachelor degree in Business Administration at Ecole Nationale De Technologie (ENST), in Haiti. He received a diploma in Theology at Ecole Evangelique de la Bible (EEB). He worked at Banque Populaire Haitienne (BPH) for 8 years at Service Credit department as loan officer. Moved to the US in 2000, worked at Valley National Bank for 13 months; he started working at Home Depot US in 2007. He is the Vice Chairman of PAPPEP, inc.
Enock Jean Louis, Secretary
Enock Jean-Louis is from Anse-d’Hainault, Haiti. He attended high school at College Evangelique de Simon, Les Cayes, Haiti. In 1989, he received a Diploma in bookkeeping from Craan Business School, Les Cayes, Haiti. In 1991, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the American University of the Caribbean, Les Cayes, Haiti. From 1986 to 1993 he taught Math in various high-schools in Les Cayes, Haiti. Then from 1993 to 1994 I worked as a supervisor at PRINSA, Thomazeau, Haiti. Then in June 1994, he migrated to New York, USA. In 2008 I received a Master in Accounting at Nova Southeastern University. In 2001, he joined Spectrum / Charter Communications workforce where he worked in the Technical Operations field as service technician, then promoted as Crew Chief, and then promoted as Foreman. He presently serves as an Elder at the Pentecostal Church of God.
Charles Christalin, Member
Charles Christalin was born in Anse-d’Hainault, Haiti. He attended High School in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. With an interest in Math, he chose to attend Institut Supérieur Technique (ISTH) to become an engineer. A few years after graduating as a civil engineer, he become the Director at the city of Carrefour, Haiti. After working there for five years, he left the post to migrate to the USA to study computer science. During the same period of time, he did volunteer work as a math teacher at Cambridge High School. He is currently working as a Designer for Bloomingdale’s.
Bernard Merilus, Member
Bernard received a Master Degree in Quantitative Management at the University of Chile , Santiago, Chile. Besides his management background, he has a variety of interests. such as financial planning including tax, supply chain operations, web design, digital photography and videography. He was a Corporate Instruction at Jewish Vocational Services (JVS) in East Orange, NJ (USA). He was a Computer Apps Instructor at the East Orange Public Library. He currently works at Coherent (VI-II Advanced Materials), Pine Brook, NJ.
